I’m doing an essay and need to explain why humor is a somewhat important characteristic in a person. Please help me! A big thanks to those who answer this!

Ever hear the saying,”laughter is the best medicine”? That’s why humor is a very significant characteristic
Spreading smiles to reduce tears, type of thing. When you have a sense of humor and can easily laugh, or make others laugh easily, it’s very comforting for both parties. Laughing can be a release like crying – both are actually very theraputic.
