Question by Dennis V.: How to make my gaming video commentary good?
So I just recently created a gaming channel for my facebook page. I have 168 Fans on my Facebook page, and I just decided to make a gaming channel for fun. I am only in the starting phase, so I have only 1 gaming video up. I played Team Fortress 2 for that video. There were issues, so I couldn’t commentate, and there had to be music the whole game. I thought about it and I was wondering. How can I make my videos more interesting? I know commentating is a huge thing, so how could I make my commentary interesting? If I live commentate, then I’ll be boring like this: “Oh hey…Oh did you see that? He got me good. Oh snap, dang he is good………Let’s go over here, *Dies* aw dang man. Did you see that? Aw “. Yes, very boring. I thought of maybe doing commentary after the video, so recording it, and then making commentary, but I can’t think of any stories to tell. I know that stories are interesting to tell, but it’s as if I forgot everything. I just want my videos to be interesting, fun and so people would enjoy them. I know this process isn’t overnight, but I just want to make fun videos. Any suggestions on how to commentate them fun or how to make them more interesting? I want to enjoy making them, and have people enjoy them! Thanks!

Hey there! I too run a gaming channel and I’m close to hitting 300 subs.. but enough about that, I want to help with your problem.

When I first started doing commentary I sucked majorly, it comes with practice I found that doing test recordings of your commentary always helps because you can always find a way to improve it when you play it back.

Don’t talk about whats going on in the video because the viewers can see what’s going on for themselves.

Talk about maybe whats going on in your life.
to be funny, like maybe MisterFantasmo on YouTube.
Don’t be dry with a boring voice

Here is one of my commentary videos for reference, It’s not the best but I hope it helps!

A few important things to remember:
1 – Don’t get nervous
2 – Plan what your going to talk about in advance of making the commentary.
3 – Don’t ramble about nothing
4 – Mention what’s going on in your life maybe? talk about the your gaming channel?
5 – Get in touch with other popular youtubers and ask advice

A JOINT Operation between Royal Engineers and troops from the Danish Army will ensure that the Afghanistan National Security Forces (ANSF) can take over from the Danish troops in the NES (N) area of Helmand, Afghanistan.

Seven Troop, 37 Armoured Engineer Squadron (AES), 35 Engineer Regiment based in Paderborn, Germany are on Herrick 15. Together with Danish engineers and infantry they have replaced a Medium Girder Bridge (MGB) to enable freedom of movement for International Security Assistance Forces (ISAF) and Local nationals going about their daily business.

Sergeant Scott Robson (Robbo) of Seven Troop said: "We have replaced a bridge here which belonged to the Danish and put in a British bridge. The Danish and UK Sappers have worked very hard to ensure continuity in movement across the river and vital communication links for local settlements.

'The Danish infantry have provided force protection for us and their own engineers. The Danes have the same work ethics as us. They are very professional, speak good English and have a similar sense of humour.

'The Danes are drawing back from this area. We are ensuring that all is in order for the Afghanistan National Army to take over the Patrol Base here. This is yet another example of progress to ANSF taking the lead in this area.

Question by : How can I do a tag video with my friends?
So I want to do one of those tag videos on Youtube – like the ‘boyfriend tag’ or the ‘best friend tag’ – with my friends, but there’s a catch. They’re my internet friends, and I’ve never met them in real life. Bonjour, je voudrais vous dire au sujet de mes passe-temps. Une des choses que j’aime faire les la plupart est temps de dépense avec ma famille. For me, a good film must have an interesting plot. I have seen many comedies which, although they contain some funny jokes, have no storyline whatsoever. I enjoy many different types of film, such as horror and chick flicks.

Identify one or more market niches and learn how people in those areas talk. Get creative with their language, use the type of images they use, and crank out a few shirts on your printer. Be funny and keep the humor clean.

Take a few samples of each to a place where these kinds of folks hang out and ask their opinions. For example, say you were interested in making tees for Realtors. Go visit the 2-3 largest real estate brokerages in town, say why you’re there, and ask if a few people would look at the shirts and give you their opinion. Wherever you go, leave a freebie of the favorite with somebody who really liked that particular shirt a lot. They’ll wear it and you’ll start getting local orders. Be sure to print your contact information on the shirt.

Track your local sales and use that info to track what seems to sell, then sell the best on the Internet. Junk the rest. Better to offer 5 great tees than to offer 25 that include 20 that don’t sell.

Depends how old you are. Humor tees aren’t okay after elementary school basically. But it’s really your choice. The kids in my high school that wear the humor tees are usually the ones that get beat up a lot.

I have the compact box set (as opposed to buying the three dvds separately) but it doesn’t have any of the extras that the original dvds have. I really want to see the fun facts video that is on the third DVD. It covers episode seven. I have not been able to find it anywhere. When I was young, I’d finish school early on Fridays. It was before my mom would get home from work, so I would walk over to the hospital where my mom worked and wait for her to finish her shift. It was a few hours, and that’s asking a lot of a little kid. When I was well-behaved, we would go to the vending machines downstairs and I could get an ice cream sandwich.

Since then, whenever I’m in the hospital, I can’t help but have one.

Typical 80s video, esp. early on (for rock & pop music):

These are Very basic examples. In a nutshell, they started off as “Hey, Here’s The Band In a Room”, & often done of actual video tape. Then Thriller raised the bar to make them mini movies. (to this day)
Then by the 90s, everyone was doing them on film (no more video tape) & the effects & visuals got much slicker. The monotones, shaky cam’ etc.
Today we’re seeing a continuation of the 90s style, but I notice MUCH more humor in today’s videos. (eg: OK-GO, Katy Perry, etc)

I’m not a competitive person but when it comes to video games, especially UFC, when I lose, I get VERY pissed. Question by yourfriendlyneighborhoodme: What was the title of the video arcade game where you get on a “real” downhill bike with real pedaling action?
I used to play this game in video arcades (year was 1998 to 2000). The machine is for up to two players, has two video screens, two bikes that enable the players to control their chosen character in the game. The game is a downhill bike race. At some point you have to pedal, sometimes apply the brakes and most of the time steer through the course by turning the handlebars and leaning the bike from side to side.

It was a great game during its time. It combined digital and real action in an interactive and fun video game. Can somebody please tell me what this game was called? And if you know or still see these machines in good operating condition. Please tell me where to find one. Thanks!
