Question by Karma: Fun exercise video for obese women?
I’ve been on a wellness plan for a few weeks now and am actually doing very good. I would like to add exercise to my plan, but not sure where to start. I want a dvd that I can use at home. I am about 100 lbs overweight and have a bad knee, so I need something that is low impact. I’m 28 so I’d like to find a video that is fun and age appropriate (not for seniors). Any suggestions would be welcome. Thanks!

Walk Away The Pounds by Leslie Sansone. I know you said you have bad knees, but she has low impact dvd’s that are great. She’s fun, upbeat without being corny and her background students are of all shapes and sizes. Try it…you’ll really like her.
