Question by ridethelightning: How can I stop getting angry at video games?
I’m not a competitive person but when it comes to video games, especially UFC, when I lose, I get VERY pissed. I have to hold myself back from throwing my controller, and inside I just feel like I want to explode. Is there any way to keep calm, not be a sore loser, or any personal experiences you could share?
