Question by SummerGirls: Fun good workout videos?
I’m 16 and I want to get in shape becuase
1. Im at risk for diabetse. 2. I want more muscle and strength for tumbling and siccer. 3. I want to be happier and more confident in my own body.
Right now I use yoga booty ballet. I want to get the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleader workouts.
Anyone know any other really good videos that are also fun?
I used to use blogolaties but I dnt have my laptop anymore so I want dvds that I can use in my room

you should look at blogilates on youtube she has amazing workouts
