Question by eql001: How do you flirt with someone you like?
I like someone in all my classes except math. Im 13 and new to high school and dating. Most of my friends are dating. I’m kinda a nerd (I have glasses, freckles, hang around with really smart people well 2 of them). Anyway I’m not sure hot to properly flirt with someone. I’ve tried to flirt with her the past few weeks and I haven’t gotten much out of it we talk more than we did but I think I did something wrong because the other day in class she told me to look away but then again when my nerd friend was singing to this crap music my teacher was playing she looked at me and smiled (my nerd friend is small and wouldn’t have a shot with her). I talk to her between classes a bit too if that helps. I’ve known her since the beginning of the year but only in the past month have I payed much attention to her. (my nerd friend like heaps of popular ppl but only told me 1 of them and he regrets even telling me 1 of them) but I haven’t told him who I like and he heaps calling me a loner its funny but that’s kinda off topic.

When she smiles she looks japanese lol.

Don’t worry about flirting. You don’t need to flirt, it would only cause an array of problems. Let me remind you, you’re 13. Kids are just getting younger and younger nowadays. God damn over-sexualised society, how I despise thee! No, but seriously, don’t worry about flirting. It’s natural, but, it’ll come with age. Again. You’re 13, go play sports, not flirt.
